2017 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown in Napa’s acclaimed Rutherford AVA. Located in the center of the Napa Valley, Rutherford is bordered by the Mayacamas Mountains on the west and the Vaca Range on the east. Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford is known for its bright freshness, bold tannin, and the famous and distinct earthiness of "Rutherford Dust."
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French Oak (60% new) for 18 months and features notes of black cherry, tobacco, red plum, and toffee. Full bodied with velvety tannins and integrated acidity make this a wine built for aging and enjoyment for years to come.
